Upon a hit of an entity, it inflicts the
Freezing effect for 7 seconds.
It can be obtained by trading with a Master Fletcher for 5 emeralds and arrows, or it can be crafted with 4 ice blocks and an arrow.

The Ominous Arrow is the other new arrow with the purpose of sending enemies into a frenzy of rage.
Upon a hit of an entity, it inflicts the
Raging effect for 5 seconds.
It can be obtained by trading with a Master Fletcher for 3 emeralds and 5 arrows.
